Bonnie Schneider is a CNN meteorologist that can be seen at HLN, CNN, and other platforms. On March 30, 2012, she will be the TV expert, co-executive and co-producer of a DIY NETWORK special, entitled Last House ReSISTING. Bonnie's first book is EXTREME WEATHER, which was published by Palgrave Macmillan on January 31, 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. Every week, three days Schneider also served as a reporter for WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. The previous job she held was weather forecaster for weekends at WFOR-TV, Miami. She's held a number of meteorology, report, and TV positions. This includes: News 12 Long Island - the 24 hour news channel on cable TV network - as well as WXII-TV - the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem. In addition, she was a regular substitute on The Saturday Early Show, she worked as meteorologist for CBS within New York City.
